This building was the first Inland Buildings had utilized Galvanized Coated materials. Construction Manager  for RCT to construct a 10,600sf Night Club with 15,000sf outside Bar and meeting area located in the heart of downtown Tampa. Work included restoration of an existing 100-year old building, including bringing the structure into compliance with existing governing building codes and to insure structural integerity of the structure. Additional work included demolition of the existing interior and outside patio area, relocation of utilities, saw-cutting of concrete floor for additional utilities and service items, construction of new metal framed Interior Walls  with required blocking for the attachment of wall hung accessories and cabinetry, Stiffening of 2nd floor joists to insure these members could carry additional live and dead loads, exterior and interior wall insulation and sound suppression systems, construction of bar areas with related beer and soda delivery systems, platforms for booths, hang, tape, and finish gypsum wallboard systems, hollow metal and wood doors with metal door frames, door hardware and exit systems, restroom fixtures and accessories, electrical, HVAC systems,  life safety, fire suppresion system, alarm system, floor coverings, exterior and interior signage, painting, lattice work with  floral finishes, wall coverings, tile wall systems, elevator, stairs, pavers, lighting, ornamental gates and fencing, and sound system.

Pre-Fabricated Concrete Structure conataining Restrooms and Mechanical Room for the City of DeBary River City Nature Park and included sitework, clearing and grubbing, running 2' Water Line from street to restroom structure, septic tanl, drainfield, and lift station, restroom fixtures and accessories, drinking fountain,  concret side walks,  signage, back-flow preventer, water meter, and painting.
