Phifer Industries Inc.  has  completed the construction of the City of DeLand Public Works Maintenance Building  which included Site Work, Building Pad, Footings and Pier Pads, Reinforcing Steel, Anchor Bolts, 5" Reinforced Concrete Slab-on-Grade, Expansion Joints, Seal Concrete Slab, Painting of Pre-engineered Metal Building Primary and Secondary Structural Members and  the Pre-engineered Metal Building with Erection.

Dennis Phifer has been helping to write new exam questions for the Florida Construction Industry Licensing Board for General Contractors and Speciality Contractors exams in the 2025 test year. He worked closely wih other invited Certified General Contractors in writing the new test questions for a new group of Speciality Contractors including Door & Window Contractors, Screening Contractors, Concrete Contractors, and Structural Steel Contractors.

Dennis Phifer and Phifer Industries Inc. has entered into a partnership with Restoration Construction Team, LLC and Dennis is the qualifier for RCT. RCT us a f
