JO ANN PHIFER

Jo Ann Phifer is the President and CEO of Phifer Industries Inc.

Jo Ann has over 20-years’ experience in accounting, purchasing, inventory control, request to bid documentation, blueprint reading, take-offs, writing of subcontracts and purchase orders, RFI’s , change orders, construction contracts, general liability and Workmen’s Compensation insurance, construction management presentations, front office operations, employee hire procedures, and employee benefits.

Jo Ann has a B.S. Degree in Business from Arkansas State University and a Master’s Degree in Business from Indiana Technical College.

DENNIS R. PHIFER

Dennis is the Vice President of Construction/Operations and qualifier for Phifer Ibdustries Inc.

Dennis has been either a State of Florida Registered or Certified General Contractor for over 40-years and has Contractors License in Alabama, Tennessee, Mississippi,  Indiana, Georgia, North Carolina, Texas, and Arkansas.

Dennis has extensive knowledge in construction practices and applications, pre-engineered metal buildings, metal building re-roofs, primary and secondary school projects, county and state prison construction, federal and state construction, commercial office and shopping center construction, auto and boat dealerships, standard and environmentally controlled warehouses, historical renovations, custom home and multi-family  projects, condominium projects, construction management, and design-build projects.

Dennis has Civil Engineering and Accounting degrees from the University of Arkansas as well as minors in Structural Engineering, and Construction Law from the University of Arkansas.

Dennis is a Vietnam Era United States Air Force Veteran with Pararescue training.
